The Paulette Cold Spring Story

Paulette Cold Spring has always been more than a store - it’s been a feeling.

Tucked along Main Street in the heart of Cold Spring, Paulette was originally brought to

life by Jacqueline Azria, a former fashion editor with a vision for something different.

She imagined a space that didn’t fit neatly into a single category - a place where

shopping, gathering, and slowing down could all exist together.

From the beginning, Paulette was designed as a concept: part boutique, part café, part

living room. Visitors could browse thoughtfully curated clothing, jewelry, and home

goods, then pause for coffee and something delicious. It wasn’t about rushing in and out

- it was about staying awhile, discovering something unexpected, and enjoying the

experience as much as the purchase.

That spirit quickly resonated.

Set against the backdrop of Cold Spring’s historic charm, Paulette became a natural

part of the town’s rhythm. Locals stopped in regularly, visitors made it a destination, and

the space developed a quiet energy all its own - welcoming, unpretentious, and full of

small moments of delight.

Over time, Paulette grew into what it is today: a place defined not just by what it sells,

but by how it makes people feel.

As new owners, we are honored to carry this story forward.

We see Paulette as something alive - something that evolves while staying rooted in its

original intention. Our goal is to preserve what has always made this space special

while continuing to explore new ideas, new makers, and new ways to bring people

together.

At its heart, Paulette will always be about discovery, connection, and a sense of ease.

Whether you’re stopping in for a quick visit or lingering a little longer, we hope you feel

what has always made this place unique.
