Paulette launches the first of a series of special appointments dedicated to art, design and femininity.
Paulette Cold Spring, the new concept store offering a cool, uniquely stimulating shopping experience on Main Street, is launching a series of creative dates dedicated to art, design and femininity.
Born from Jacqueline Azria’s passion for arts and craftsmanship, Paulette will present during the course of the year, acclaimed, innovative and incredibly talented artists who are shaping the world of interior design, fashion and jewelry.
According to Jacqueline: “Through Paulette I want to inspire and share the best secrets in the world of fashion, design, accessories, coffees and culinary delights 'par excellence'. We want to celebrate not only the products, but most of all the men and women behind the brands. This is why I want to give the opportunity to some incredible designers to introduce themselves to our customers."
"… Jacqueline is a very dear friend of mine and I am happy to collaborate with her on this project. I have always admired her talent, style and vision. While creating my line of pillows, I shared with her the prototype. She loved the idea so much that she immediately ordered some for Paulette. ... It was kind of a serendipitous moment for us to do something together. I am happy to support her as she has always been supportive of me ..." comments Izak.
First in this series is the internationally renowned Illustrator, Izak Zenou, who, over the years has collaborated with luxury brands such as Celine, Chanel, Lancome, Guerlain and has created for more than 20 years the image of Henri Bendel. His love of women, fashion, and style icons, such as Audrey Hepburn and Ines de la Fressange, inspire his whimsical imagery.
Today, Izak's unique designs, become available through his latest project, La Maison Izak, totally dedicated to home decor. First in a long series of objects, are a limited edition of fun, whimsical, colorful pillows sure to change the mood and decor of someone's house adding a bit of "art and happiness" to everyday life. Manufactured in France and currently sold at Paulette Cold Spring, these unique objects feature Izak’s art, elegance and innovative vision.
ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4TH
On Sunday, October 4th, from 11:00am to 6:00pm Paulette will host a day dedicated to Izak and La Maison Izak, giving everyone the opportunity to meet the artist, discover his incredible line of pillows, and get from him a one-of-a kind, personalized sketch (with every purchase of $100 dollars).
According to Jacqueline “... I have known Izak for many years and I have always admired his avant-guard and lighthearted spirit. Izak’s vision of femininity and elegance completely touches me. It is in perfect symbiosis with the spirit of Paulette and I want all our customers to meet him and enjoy his art.
